By subscribing to and using VVS Growth's LinkedIn automation service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

VVS Growth provides a LinkedIn automation service that runs on your personal computer. The Service includes:

VVS Agent desktop application (macOS and Windows)
Automated LinkedIn connection requests and messaging
Campaign management dashboard
Lead tracking and analytics

3. LinkedIn Account Usage

IMPORTANT: You acknowledge and understand that:

The Service uses automation on LinkedIn, which may be against LinkedIn's Terms of Service
LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts using automation
You use this Service entirely at your own risk
VVS Growth is NOT responsible for any consequences to your LinkedIn account
You are solely responsible for your LinkedIn account and any actions performed through it

By using this Service, you accept full responsibility for any actions taken on your LinkedIn account and any consequences that may result from using automation.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
Keep your VVS Agent application running on your personal computer
Maintain a stable internet connection for the Service to function properly
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Not share your account access with others

5. Service Availability

VVS Growth provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific results from using the Service
Compatibility with future LinkedIn platform changes
Protection against LinkedIn account restrictions

6. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

7. Data and Privacy

The VVS Agent runs locally on your computer
Your LinkedIn credentials are stored locally and never sent to our servers
Campaign data and lead information are stored on our servers
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

VVS Growth shall not be liable for any LinkedIn account suspensions, bans, or restrictions
VVS Growth shall not be liable for any lost business opportunities or revenue
VVS Growth's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
Refuse service to anyone for any reason

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VVS Growth and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
